Richie and Jenny Rivas are the Directors of Rivas Holdings Enterprises. Our passion is property development and our business objective is to ensure our development projects are structured around the best use of the land to ensure a profitable outcome for all parties involved in every development project. With the backing of over 30 years experience in the industry from our Senior Property Advisor Bob Andersen, our projects are always well analysed and structured for the most successful outcome.
Richie Rivas
Director
Richie migrated to Australia from El Salvador at the age of 12 and has a Commerce degree majoring in Accounting from the University of Wollongong and a Master of Commerce (Professional Accounting) from the University of New England. Richie is also a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants. His working career over the last 22 years includes Property Management and Accounting and Finance. Richie has also been investing in residential property for over 12 years.
Richie has extensive experience in management, financial analyst, budgeting, project management & planning, property management and the property investment market.
Outside of property, Richie has a passion to help people with basic needs. He is passionate to assist and support people in need and adding value to people's lives. He continues to support people from his country of origin El Salvador where his mission is to release people from poverty by providing basic needs such as building shelter, funding medical assistance and education for children.
Jenny Rivas
Director
Jenny has a Commerce degree majoring in Information Technology and Management from the University of Wollongong. She also has a post graduate Diploma in Vocational Education and Training and is a member of the International Institute of Business Analysis. As a certified Business Analyst, she has worked as a Business Analyst in Information Technology in the banking industry for over 20 years.
Jenny has extensive experience in management, creative projects, project planning, the banking industry and the property market. Jenny has also been investing in residential property for over 10 years.
Outside of property, Jenny has a passion to help people with basic needs. Since visiting her husband’s country of origin El Salvador, her passion has been to help people with basic needs such as building shelter, funding medical assistance and education for children.
